About the role
The Ground Civil Work Supervisor will lead a team of foremen and workers on civil and small‑works projects within the facility management sector in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of construction activities while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for ground civil and small‑works tasks.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols on‑site.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide the workforce.
- Estimate material requirements and control quality of work performed.
- Report progress and issues to senior management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance projects, preferably in the GCC.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia.
