About the role
The Guest Service Officer will play a key part in the Rooms Division by contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception area. This position is focused on delivering high‑quality service to hotel guests and supporting the overall front‑office operations. The role is suitable for Saudi nationals with a background in hospitality or tourism.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division, ensuring guest interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Assist the front‑office team in daily tasks to maintain a high standard of service throughout the hotel.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective guest and team interaction.
