About the role
The Hardware Technician is responsible for ensuring that all parcel stations across Saudi Arabia remain fully operational. The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues, performing installations, upgrades, and providing end‑user training when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware and equipment at parcel stations.
- Maintain accurate logs of failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
- Conduct monthly preventive maintenance and ensure all hardware (cameras, screens, routers) functions correctly.
- Prepare and uphold procedures for reporting and monitoring station performance.
- Travel to remote locations to complete maintenance tasks and raise parts requests.
- Maintain tools and company property in good condition.
Required profile
- Diploma in hardware, computers, electronics, technical support or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical department or related role.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Iqama profession must match or relate to the position.
