HC Business Partner Analyst

About the role

The HC Business Partner Analyst supports the Human Capital function by ensuring HR processes are executed in line with policies, driving continuous improvement, and providing administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, performance, and payroll activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure work follows approved policies, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimisation, productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal standards (HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity).
• Escalate issues to achieve timely resolution.
• Collect regional recruitment data, support hiring activities and coordinate with external agencies.
• Prepare job offers and manage onboarding documentation, including system registration, security clearance, office allocation and IT equipment.
• Participate in induction sessions to introduce WTCO culture, values and policies.
• Assist in performance evaluation cycles, consolidating results and presenting analysis.
• Support compensation and benefits implementation to ensure fairness.
• Help assess training needs, draft regional training plans and budgets.
• Process payroll and benefits transactions, ensuring accurate system updates.
• Integrate employee records into the HCIS and administer employee relations services such as contract renewal, leave tracking and grievance handling.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Familiarity with HR policies, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
• Ability to work with data, prepare reports and support decision‑making.
