People Operations Intern – CX

About the role

As a People Operations Intern you will support the People Ops team in delivering accurate, compliant and employee‑centric HR services during a 3–6 month Co‑op/Tamheer training program. You will learn core people‑operations processes, gain practical knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and government platforms, and contribute to data integrity and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data for KSA staff by processing routine updates under supervision.
• Support employee lifecycle transactions such as new‑hire documentation, record updates and transfers.
• Assist with periodic data audits, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and process standard employee requests (letters, salary certificates, leave balances).
• Help prepare documentation for GOSI registrations, medical‑insurance enrollment and Qiwa contracts.
• Contribute to onboarding and off‑boarding coordination, including system updates and clearance steps.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Eligible for a 3–6 month Co‑op/Tamheer training program.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace; exposure to HR systems such as BambooHR or Jira is a plus.
• Interest in Saudi labour laws and willingness to learn government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad).
• Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
