HC Operation Specialist

About the role

The HC Operation Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily processes related to employee data, compliance, and employee services. This role contributes directly to employee satisfaction and helps the company achieve its HR objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee data, conduct data analysis, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, including Saudization and social insurance.
• Prepare internal and external audit documentation and manage contract renewals and end‑of‑service processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries on salaries, leaves, travel requests, reimbursements, and record management via electronic portals.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events, distribute satisfaction surveys, and analyse results for improvement recommendations.
• Support HR strategic initiatives by collaborating with department managers and acting as a liaison between employees and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, Saudization requirements, and government platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Saudi government platforms for Saudization, Visa Balance reporting, and specialized professions reporting.
• Ability to generate onboarding/off‑boarding and off‑cycle reports.
