Your main responsibilities will include:Key ResponsibilitiesIssuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both: Electronically (soft copies), Manually (hard copies)What you’ll need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources / English Translation or a related fieldFluency in English, both written and spoken.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, word, PowerPoint.What we can offer you  With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.  We will help shape your journey through enriching experiences, learning and development opportunities and exposure to different assignments within your role or through internal mobility.
