The Head of Cargo & Logistics leads all air freight operations, shaping strategy and driving performance across the organization. This senior executive position requires a visionary leader who can balance regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and exceptional service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall cargo and logistics strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Oversee daily air freight activities, ensuring strict compliance with international regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate supply‑chain processes and improve organizational performance.
• Analyze operational metrics, set improvement targets, and champion innovation.
• Lead negotiations with airlines, freight forwarders, and key partners to secure optimal contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive cargo and logistics experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives that boost operational excellence and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of international air‑freight regulations and best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to C‑level executives and external stakeholders.
