Head of Financial Advisory

About the role

Abdulaziz Alzaid Financial Advisory is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Advisory to lead, develop and scale its financial advisory practice in Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position will shape the firm’s advisory offering, build long‑term client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the financial advisory practice.
• Originate new advisory mandates across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners, family offices, investors, executives and corporates.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into signed mandates.
• Lead client meetings, commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations.
• Oversee preparation of high‑quality technical and financial proposals.
• Supervise execution of advisory engagements to ensure high‑quality client outcomes.
• Define go‑to‑market strategy, service offerings, operating model and delivery standards.
• Identify market trends, client needs and growth opportunities across key sectors.
• Support recruitment, development and leadership of the advisory team.
• Achieve commercial targets including revenue generation and mandate conversion.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in financial advisory or corporate finance.
• Strong market credibility and deep knowledge of the Saudi business landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and execute client mandates.
• Commercially driven with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
