Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources leads the entire HR function across multiple countries, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional HR strategy that supports the organization’s growth plans.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and business transformation.
• Lead HR integration for new markets, mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions.
• Drive culture, employee experience, diversity, equity, inclusion and leadership effectiveness across all locations.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with local laws and cultural norms.
• Support country HR managers to implement consistent HR policies, programs and standards.
• Standardize HR processes and allow appropriate localization for legal or business requirements.
• Manage regional mobility, expatriate assignments, cross‑border transfers and immigration coordination.
• Oversee talent acquisition, executive hiring, succession pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Establish performance management frameworks, talent reviews and high‑potential development.
• Design and deliver regional learning, leadership development and technical training programs.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies, conduct benchmarking and oversee salary reviews.
• Promote a high‑performance, inclusive and values‑driven organizational culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple countries.
• Proven track record managing HR integration for mergers, acquisitions or market entry.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory obligations in various jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive culture, DE&I initiatives and employee engagement.
