Head Therapist

About the role

The Head Therapist will deliver premium massage and body treatment services to guests at The St. Regis Riyadh spa. You will ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each service.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and ensure a comfortable environment.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services to guests.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain all tools and workstations throughout the shift.
• Monitor schedule adherence and handle any inappropriate guest behavior according to policy.
• Maintain current licensure and assist management with training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• State or Regional Massage License.
• At least 1 year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• Technical, trade, or vocational school education preferred.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
