HR Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a leading Food & Beverage organization in Riyadh. The role involves shaping HR strategy, driving talent acquisition, and fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for all levels of the F&B operation.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Create and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law.
• Administer competitive compensation and benefit plans.
• Identify training needs and deliver programs focused on customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Provide HR metrics and decision support to senior management.
• Ensure ongoing legal compliance across all HR activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR executive.
• Solid background in the Food & Beverage or hospitality sector.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
