About the role
The company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function. You will be responsible for aligning talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and development initiatives with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing to meet business needs.
- Maintain positive employee relations, resolve labor disputes, and provide counseling and coaching.
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Handle attendance, payroll calculation, and distribution within an engineering environment.
- Establish performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor, health, safety, and data protection laws.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive organizational culture.
- Lead and develop the HR team to enhance effectiveness.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
- Competence in standard office software.
