HR Officer – Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer to act as a Business Partner for our accounting firm in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role bridges HR strategy with business objectives, supporting performance, engagement and growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, using data analytics to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure efficient recruitment.
• Provide expert advice on employee‑relations issues and support conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Conduct performance‑management processes and deliver recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports on satisfaction, turnover and recruitment effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and keep the organization updated on regulatory changes.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and act as a change agent during transformations.

Required profile
