نبذة عن الوظيفة

تكون آلية البحث والترشيح بصورة مختصرة على النحو التالي:

المهام الرئيسية

مراجعة الوصف الوظيفي ومتطلبات الوظيفة
البحث المباشر عن المرشحين المناسبين عبر LinkedIn والمنصات المهنية وقواعد البيانات المتاحة والترشيحات
التركيز قدر الإمكان على المرشحين ذوي الخبرات القريبة من طبيعة الوظيفة وقطاع التعليم
إجراء فرز أولي للسير الذاتية وفق المتطلبات الأساسية
إعداد قائمة مختصرة بالمرشحين المناسبين، متضمنة أبرز الملاحظات عن كل مرشح
حفظ السير الذاتية والتقارير والملفات المتعلقة بكل وظيفة في المجلد المخصص لها، مع تحديث حالة المرشحين أولًا بأول
