About the role
We are urgently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day employee operations, government transactions, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law. The role supports onboarding, off‑boarding, visa processes, and the Mowaamah Program.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, employee transfers, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
- Process visas, government transactions, and HR letters through Saudi platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labour Office).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Coordinate with employees, management, and government authorities as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong experience in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Qiwa platform.
- Hands‑on experience with Muqeem platform.
- Hands‑on experience with GOSI system.
- Hands‑on experience with Mudad platform.
- Hands‑on experience with Saudi Labour Office portal.
