HR Internship – Training Operations (Jeddah)

About the role

The Training Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of training programs and courses, ensuring smooth execution and effective coordination between trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training courses, schedules, and calendars.
• Communicate with trainees and trainers regarding schedules, updates, and training requirements.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venues, materials, attendance, and other operational requirements.
• Support the preparation and execution of training programs from planning through completion.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and related documentation.
• Follow up with trainees and trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support academy operations.
• Handle multiple training programs and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Support daily operational activities and resolve scheduling or logistical issues when required.
• Assist in preparing training reports and tracking program progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
