About the role
Mobily is offering a six‑month on‑the‑job training position for a Saudi national to work as an HR Specialist under the Tamheer program, which is administered by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). The trainee will gain practical experience in human‑resources activities while supporting the HR team in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HR department with day‑to‑day tasks and projects during the six‑month training period.
- Apply learned HR concepts to real‑world situations under supervision.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Not employed in the last six months and not currently employed.
- Never participated in the Tamheer program before.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
