About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Human Capital Excellence Director to lead and elevate HR functions across a large‑scale, project‑driven environment. This strategic role will shape organizational development, learning, culture, performance, HRIS, and compensation to drive transformation and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide organizational development and transformation initiatives.
• Drive succession planning, workforce effectiveness, and change‑management strategies.
• Design and execute leadership development and learning programs.
• Champion employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives across diverse workforces.
• Oversee performance‑management frameworks and talent‑review processes.
• Lead HRIS optimization, analytics, reporting, and digital HC transformation.
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market trends and business goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic business objectives and organizational growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 + years of progressive Human Capital/HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven background in the construction sector, preferably with main contractors or mega‑project organizations.
• Extensive experience in Saudi Arabia, including local labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
• Track record of managing large, complex organizations and diverse workforces.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, performance management, HR transformation, and compensation.
