Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist to manage and enhance our Human Resource Information System. You will ensure data integrity, support HR strategy with analytics, and drive continuous improvement of HR technology.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, resolve issues, and maintain system performance.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to design, configure, and implement system enhancements.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
• Generate reports and analytics for workforce planning and decision‑making.
• Deliver training sessions on HRIS functionalities for HR staff and employees.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes and procedures.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing HRIS or similar systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving orientation and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with HR processes, compliance regulations, and optional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with HR software applications.
