Human Resources Lead

About the role

The Human Resources Lead will be a key member of Agility’s HR team in Riyadh, driving the implementation of HR policies and supporting strategic initiatives that align with business goals. This role combines hands‑on HR operations with partnership responsibilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness and people risk.
• Act as the primary liaison between country operations and Corporate HR on strategy, governance and people initiatives.
• Manage government transactions and labor compliance through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Mudad.
• Monitor KSA regulatory changes and advise leaders on compliance actions, including Saudization targets.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, mobility, and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain accurate workforce data in collaboration with shared services.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries and investigations.
• Drive engagement, retention and culture initiatives while promoting workforce localization.
• Support employer‑brand visibility in the Saudi market through talent events and community partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with a generalist focus.
• Previous supervisory experience in HR preferred.
• HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Mudad platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour, immigration and Saudization regulations.
• Experience managing employee‑relations processes and investigations.
• Ability to coordinate payroll and maintain accurate HR data.
