Hytera Project Manager – Telecom Projects in Saudi Arabia

About the role

Capgemini Invent is looking for an experienced Hytera Project Manager to lead mission‑critical communication projects across Saudi Arabia. You will combine deep technical knowledge of Hytera solutions with proven project management expertise to deliver end‑to‑end telecom, public‑safety and oil‑&‑gas communication systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables for Hytera‑based communication projects.
• Coordinate internal engineering, integration and procurement teams as well as external vendors and subcontractors.
• Oversee site surveys, installation, testing and commissioning of dispatch systems and control rooms.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and changes, and ensure compliance with technical standards, safety and contractual requirements.
• Provide regular reporting to clients, senior management and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and ensure customer satisfaction through successful handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom project management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands‑on experience with Hytera solutions.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi telecom regulations.
