Information Systems Manager (Pre-opening)

About the role

As the Information Systems Manager for a new Hilton property at Dammam Airport, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing support of all IT services across the hotel. You will work closely with the Area Director of Technology Services and property management to ensure technology delivers a seamless, secure and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the hotel’s IT strategy, aligning initiatives with area, cluster and corporate objectives.
• Monitor and optimise LAN and network server performance, manage upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance to ensure security and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to hardware, software applications and network connectivity, providing training as needed.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations, delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to maintain critical site systems and minimise downtime.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate the IT team to build a high‑performing workforce.
