Interior Designer – Creative Space Planning

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join a leading real‑estate company in Hail. The role involves creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare concept design studies, mood boards and material boards.
• Develop interior layouts, space‑planning schemes and detailed execution drawings (IFC, RCP, flooring, wall details).
• Create 3D visualisations and presentations for client proposals.
• Select and coordinate FF&E, finishes, colours, textures and material specifications.
• Review and ensure compliance of drawings with technical standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical teams, and review BIM models for integration.
• Participate in technical meetings, conduct site visits and produce technical reports.
• Monitor site execution to guarantee adherence to approved designs, budgets and schedules.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in Interior Design and Architecture.

Required skills

• Space planning and layout development.
• Material selection, finishes and FF&E coordination.
• 3D visualisation and presentation preparation.
• Preparation of interior IFC and detailed execution drawings.
• BIM model review and integration with other disciplines.
