Intermediate Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Project Architect to join our Jeddah office and contribute to the design and delivery of large‑scale mixed‑use and urban projects. The role combines strong conceptual design skills with coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is realised throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design narratives and schematic solutions.
• Prepare design presentations, diagrams and architectural studies for clients and internal reviews.
• Create 3‑D models and visual outputs using Rhino, Revit and other visualization tools.
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP and landscape disciplines.
• Translate design intent into coordinated design packages and construction documents.
• Participate in design workshops, client meetings and design reviews.
• Maintain architectural quality and design integrity across all project stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5‑8 years of experience in a design consultancy environment.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept development and large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality or urban projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with visualization tools and 3‑D modelling.
• Knowledge of parametric modelling tools such as Grasshopper (beneficial).
• Excellent design communication and presentation abilities.
