Inventory Controller

About the role

The Inventory Control Specialist will balance daily inventory levels between the warehouse and store locations, monitor stock quantities, and analyze sales trends to ensure adequate product availability. The role also involves forecasting inventory needs to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels between the warehouse and stores.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze sales data to identify high‑demand products and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models to predict future needs.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely restocking.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory control or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
