Senior Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior Operations Executive will ensure smooth import and export processes by preparing and submitting required documentation and coordinating with internal teams and customers. This role supports the end‑to‑end supply chain operations of Redington Middle East and Africa, a leading provider of IT and lifestyle product logistics across the Middle East, Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Online entry in customers portal for Bill of Entry and Bill of Exit
• Scrutinize Invoice vs Packing/airway bill for Country of Origin, quantity, HS code
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport team, issue gate-passes
• Manage inbound and outbound operations for export and import
• Track the status of shipment with the shipment team
• Share the status of shipment with customer SPOC
• Coordinate with pricing team to determine time and mode of transportation
• Arrange local pick‑up and delivery to air, sea, land transporters and coordinate truck placement at ADC

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Customer‑focused internal and external orientation with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality results
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in business operations or related functions
• Arabic language skills desirable
