Investment Funds Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the supervision of collective investment programmes and investment funds, ensuring they meet all regulatory and governance requirements. The role combines deep knowledge of fund operations with strong analytical and risk‑based oversight capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor investment funds and collective investment programmes for regulatory compliance.
• Review fund managers’ adherence to investment regulations, policies, and disclosure obligations.
• Conduct regulatory assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews related to fund activities.
• Identify violations, regulatory gaps, and operational risks, and produce detailed supervisory reports with recommendations.
• Apply risk‑based supervision methodologies to evaluate and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external entities on regulatory and supervisory matters.
• Provide professional consultations and technical opinions on collective investment programmes.
• Contribute to the development of supervisory frameworks, policies, and regulatory procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 11+ years of experience in investment funds management, supervision, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
• Strong understanding of investment funds regulations and supervisory frameworks.
• Experience in compliance reviews, regulatory reporting, internal audit, or risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly preferred.
