IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Manager leads the design, delivery, and operation of secure and resilient infrastructure services that enable business continuity and digital transformation. Reporting to executive leadership, the role ensures that cloud, virtualization, networking, and identity platforms are standardized, scalable, and compliant with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee availability, performance, monitoring, and continuity of all IT infrastructure services.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure architecture, capacity plans, and technical solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Nutanix, VMware, and Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, service disruptions, and major operational issues.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the infrastructure team, ensuring coverage and skill growth.
• Control vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, and infrastructure‑related expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, regulatory standards, and audit findings.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, automation, security, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise‑scale infrastructure operations and teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to handle major incidents, prioritize competing demands, and work under pressure.
• Experience in vendor, contract, budget, and cost‑optimization management.
