We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to maintain and update master data records across ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency for the organization. The role involves collaborating with various teams and supporting data migration and cleanup initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data records accurately across ERP and CRM systems.
• Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
• Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed.
• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Excel (including XLOOKUP).
• Experience with data cleansing and validation tools.
