IT Security Operations Expert

About the role

Takamol is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Expert to strengthen its security posture. The role focuses on managing identity, privileged access, mobile security, and data protection solutions while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Supervise Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, particularly BeyondTrust, to enforce strict access controls.
• Maintain the security and integrity of Azure Active Directory environments.
• Monitor and respond to Azure AD security incidents and alerts.
• Enforce mobile device security policies using AirWatch, MobileIron, and Microsoft Intune.
• Detect and remediate mobile security incidents and threats.
• Deploy and manage real‑time security monitoring tools.
• Investigate, analyse, and coordinate resolution of security incidents.
• Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions from Microsoft, Symantec, and Forcepoint.
• Identify potential data leak points and act decisively during breaches.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure timely software and system patching.
• Continuously scan for unpatched vulnerabilities and enforce compliance benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of specialised security‑operations experience covering IAM, PAM, Azure AD, MDM, DLP and patch management.
• Preferred certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Active Directory Administrator Associate and other relevant IAM/PAM/security credentials.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
