Junior Architect – Design/Build Projects

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking a Junior Architect to support the design and engineering of design‑build contracts. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and collaborating with senior staff, clients, and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and analysis for design‑build contracts, coordinating with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Prepare and review drawing submittal logs in line with project schedules.
• Support the Senior Architect in interfacing with clients, consultants, and authorities to obtain drawing approvals.
• Check compatibility of architectural, civil, MEP, and steel cladding drawings, both in‑house and third‑party.
• Review subcontractor design submissions and provide feedback.
• Conduct site visits to compare designs with actual construction practices.
• Assist Cost Control with variation orders and reporting.
• Provide references for standard constructible details with minimal cost impact.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in Architecture or related field.
• Ability to work under the guidance of a Senior Architect and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction documentation.
• Willingness to perform site visits and support as‑built drawing preparation.
