Junior Land Surveyor

About the role

The Junior Land Surveyor will support surveying activities for land, property and construction projects in Riyadh. Working under senior surveyors and engineers, you will gain practical experience while contributing to mapping, infrastructure and building works.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in land, topographic and construction surveys using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment and digital levels.
• Support the establishment and verification of survey control points and benchmarks.
• Help with construction setting‑out for buildings, roads, utilities and other infrastructure.
• Collect, record and maintain field measurements, observations and survey notes.
• Prepare survey drawings, maps and reports using AutoCAD and related software.
• Participate in as‑built surveys to verify completed works against project specifications.
• Identify site discrepancies and report findings to senior staff.
• Maintain and store surveying equipment in good condition.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of land surveying principles, methods and calculations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, maps and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
