About the role
The Key Account Management Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for assigned PepsiCo customers in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving volume, revenue, and profitability while ensuring the brand’s market leadership across retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer account plans for assigned accounts, covering volume, revenue, net revenue per kilogram, spend and gross profit targets.
- Design and implement Visibility & Access Points strategies tailored to store types to achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with customers to define optimal product assortments that match shopper profiles and align with brand leadership.
- Coordinate the Annual Activity Calendar with customers to ensure target achievement and timely execution of promotions, displays, pricing and POS materials.
- Maintain dominance of SSFL brands within stores, drive new store openings, and prepare monthly briefs for field teams detailing confirmed activities.
- Negotiate and finalize Customer Development Agreements (CDA) in line with the Annual Operating Plan and financial guidelines.
- Build strong, professional relationships across customer organizations both vertically and horizontally to secure commitment to planned initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven ability to develop and manage detailed account plans and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in negotiating agreements and coordinating multi‑stakeholder activities.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to engage customers at multiple levels.
