Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics (Riyadh)

About the role

Hama, a leading German brand in consumer electronics accessories, is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen strategic retail partnerships across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you will be the primary point of contact for major retailers, ensuring the brand’s visibility and market share continue to expand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase Hama’s footprint in the KSA market.
• Plan and execute in‑store activations, promotions and brand visibility projects in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Coordinate forecasting, ordering and supply‑chain activities with distributors to guarantee stock availability.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out data, stock levels and market share to optimise inventory and replenishment.
• Serve as the main liaison for key accounts, resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the consumer electronics or accessories sector, preferably in the Saudi retail market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic retail relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
