About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Riyadh team. Your mission will be to engage clients with exceptional service, helping to build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with our in‑store clients.
Key responsibilities
- Engage clients with exceptional service and build strong in‑store relationships.
- Support Store‑in‑Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, and team management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury/fashion retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Sales performance tracking and KPI analysis.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and visual merchandising.
