Kids Club Assistant Manager (Luxury Resort)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Kids Club Assistant Manager to join the pre‑opening team of Raffles the Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. The role supports daily operations of the children’s club, ensuring a safe, engaging and ultra‑luxury experience for families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily club functions, including facility maintenance, equipment sanitation and safety.
• Supervise and train Kids Club Attendants, ensuring compliance with child‑protection and luxury service standards.
• Design and deliver age‑appropriate programs such as shell painting, scavenger hunts, kids’ yoga and nature‑themed activities.
• Welcome families, handle inquiries, special requests and maintain high‑level guest satisfaction.
• Enforce sign‑in/sign‑out procedures, keep attendance records, incident reports and emergency contacts.
• Manage inventory of toys and supplies, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering, and support staff scheduling and performance appraisals.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years childcare or hospitality experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Pre‑opening experience in luxury resort environments.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Impeccable grooming, anticipatory service approach and fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus.
