Kids Club Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to lead our children’s recreational facility at the Fairmont Red Sea resort in Saudi Arabia. You will create a safe, fun and educational environment for young guests while collaborating with other resort departments to deliver family‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate activities and programs for children from 6 weeks up to the specified age range.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and child‑protection protocols.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, emergency contacts and incident reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated family‑friendly promotions.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions and monitor program effectiveness.
• Keep the Kids Club area clean, organized and well‑maintained at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in childcare, education or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Vietnamese are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with childcare management software.
