Lead Early Years Teacher

About the role

Cultivay is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Lead Early Years Teacher to guide children aged 2‑6 in a vibrant, play‑based learning environment. You will inspire young learners through creative, hands‑on activities while ensuring a safe and nurturing classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment for Nursery and Pre‑K children.
• Support and mentor Nursery and Pre‑K teaching teams to uphold high‑quality educational provision.
• Provide first‑line cover for teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Perform hygiene and care duties as required, modeling excellence and flexibility.

Required profile

• Significant experience in nursery and pre‑kindergarten education.
• Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor teaching teams.
• Strong lesson‑planning and activity‑design skills.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic with clear communication.
• Passion for creative, play‑based early childhood settings.
