Lead Observability and Site Reliability Engineer

This pivotal role gives you ownership of end‑to‑end visibility, reliability, and performance across a complex, rapidly evolving digital landscape, from mobile apps to cloud services and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform, ensuring high availability and resilient connectivity across multi‑cloud environments.
• Establish enterprise‑wide observability standards so every component is traceable, measurable, and continuously improving.
• Lead proactive issue detection and automated resolution, embedding reliability into all processes and enabling data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to embed observability insights into product and service enhancements.
• Define standards, drive automation initiatives, and continuously optimise platforms to support business growth and performance.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in Observability and Site Reliability Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog, etc.
• Knowledge of metrics, logs, trace correlation and mobile/web observability is a plus.
