Legal Adviser – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs department. The role will provide strategic legal guidance across all business activities, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management and internal teams on corporate, commercial, labor and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, commercial and corporate laws.
• Manage litigation, claims and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Review and advise on company policies, governance frameworks and employment matters.
• Support M&A, partnerships and other strategic transactions.
• Protect intellectual property rights, trademarks and confidential information.
• Represent the company before government and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor legal developments and conduct risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or professional certification preferred.
• Licensed to practice law or eligible under local regulations (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
