About the role
The Contracts Administrator will support project delivery by managing commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and mitigating risks across the oil & gas and industrial gases sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate and manage commercial contracts to optimise opportunities and reduce risk.
- Provide ongoing contract support, verify agreements, and ensure adherence to lines of authority.
- Analyse variations in cost and schedule, report risks and opportunities, and maintain contract logs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations and legal teams to resolve contractual disputes promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
- Experience in the oil & gas, energy or industrial gases industry.
- Strong analytical abilities and a professional attitude in a multicultural environment.
