About the role
We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join Moyasar’s fintech and payments team in Saudi Arabia. You will support the company’s legal needs, working closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
- Provide legal support to various departments across Moyasar.
- Identify potential legal risks in business arrangements.
- Support regulatory matters related to payment services, merchants, partners and vendors.
- Monitor changes in Saudi laws and regulatory developments, including SAMA requirements.
- Maintain legal records, contracts and corporate documents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Assist with corporate governance and other legal activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience as a Legal Specialist or in a similar legal role.
- Preferable experience in fintech, payments, banking or financial services.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Legal documentation.
- Understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
- Legal support.
