About the role
SPICE, a fast‑moving restaurant growth platform in Riyadh, is looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Manager to own the end‑to‑end diner journey. You will sit at the intersection of data, product and brand, building the first lifecycle architecture that turns SPICE into the default payment method for diners across MENA.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the full diner lifecycle—from signup and activation to repeat payments, habit formation and long‑term value.
- Drive the “second transaction rate” as the primary north‑star metric, then expand focus to frequency, retention and lifetime value.
- Create behavioural loops (discover, pay, earn, repeat) that rely on natural incentives rather than discounts.
- Develop segmentation models and automated, behavior‑driven journeys across all communication channels.
- Run continuous A/B testing on messaging, timing, incentives and triggers, scaling successful experiments and terminating under‑performing ones.
- Eliminate payment leakage by making SPICE the obvious choice at the table.
- Build the lifecycle infrastructure from scratch, including health scoring, journey mapping and channel strategy.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM or growth roles with a proven record of driving repeat usage.
- Hands‑on experience with the Insider platform.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to quantify impact on revenue (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Experience building automated journeys and segmentation models from the ground up.
- Close collaboration with product teams and understanding of how growth is embedded in UX.
