Join the ultra‑luxury Fairmont The Red Sea resort, part of the Red Sea Project, and be the first point of contact for guests arriving at this iconic destination. As a Lobby Ambassador you will deliver warm, professional service, creating memorable experiences for both local and international visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the lobby, answering inquiries, providing directions and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service, including escorting VIPs and long‑stay guests.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and other guest requests.
• Support service recovery by promptly addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, wellness offerings and special events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in guest‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and impeccable grooming aligned with luxury standards.
