F&B Host / Hostess (Saudi National)

About the role

As a F&B Host/Hostess at SLS The Red Sea, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and stylish welcome that reflects the brand’s bold and vibrant personality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a professional manner aligned with SLS service standards.
• Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow based on reservations and walk‑ins.
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and bar teams to accommodate guest requests and ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, escalating when required.
• Maintain an organized host stand and reception area throughout service.
• Accurately manage reservations using the restaurant reservation system and communicate updates to team members.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a guest‑facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is highly desirable.
• Confident, welcoming personality with a passion for guest service.
• Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Well‑groomed appearance in line with SLS brand standards.

Required skills

• Experience using POS systems.
• Familiarity with reservation platforms.
