Location Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Location Manager to lead our Riyadh escape‑room venue. You will be responsible for delivering flawless guest experiences, overseeing daily operations, and driving the location’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Run the Riyadh site day‑to‑day, ensuring every game session runs smoothly.
• Welcome guests, brief players, guide the experience and create memorable moments.
• Manage bookings, staff schedules and on‑site team coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and suppliers.
• Handle administrative duties including reporting, payments and compliance.
• Keep the venue, sets and equipment in excellent condition.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue and target achievement for the location.

Required profile

• Based in Riyadh with legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience managing a venue or leading a team in hospitality, entertainment, retail or F&B.
• Natural host, calm under pressure and strong people skills.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working hands‑on on the floor.
