Logistics Coordinator (Jeddah)

About the role

Spedition KSA is seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to join its Jeddah office. You will be responsible for planning and executing shipments across road, sea and air, ensuring that documentation, scheduling and delivery are accurate and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily shipments and coordinate with carriers, warehouses and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in the company system.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delays or discrepancies, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, costs and route optimisation.
• Support customs clearance and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with carriers, customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jeddah and handle a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in logistics documentation and shipment tracking.
• Familiarity with customs and compliance procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
