Machine Operator – BOBST Die Cutters

About the role

The Machine Operator – BOBST Die Cutters works full‑time on‑site in Riyadh, operating and monitoring BOBST die‑cutting machines to produce packaging and related materials. The role ensures efficient, accurate production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate BOBST die‑cutting machines according to production schedules.
• Prepare materials, perform routine checks, and monitor machine performance to meet output targets.
• Inspect finished products for quality, report defects or mechanical issues, and carry out basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Follow safety procedures, collaborate with production and maintenance teams, and document production data for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong machine operation experience, preferably with BOBST die cutters or similar industrial equipment.
• Quality control ability to inspect products and ensure compliance with standards.
• Experience working safely with machinery and hand tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication to coordinate with supervisors, technicians and team members.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation is an advantage.
