Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will lead all maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), quality, and productivity while supporting reliable and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a strong EHS culture by modeling safe behaviours, identifying risks early, and enforcing EHS policies.
• Develop, implement, and sustain preventive‑maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Continuously improve maintenance systems and processes to optimise operational performance.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimise disruption.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, providing training and development opportunities.
• Utilise the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / ERP system for planning, asset reliability, and resource management.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team to achieve high equipment reliability and safety standards.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in an industrial environment.
• Track record of improving maintenance processes and reducing downtime.
• Familiarity with ERP and/or EAM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
